Importing a Trial Balance From Bright

To import a Trial Balance from Bright, follow the instructions below;

1. Select "Connect to Bright" as the import source in the Import Trial Balance screen

2. Enter your Bright account details and login

 
 
Note: Where applicable, you may be required to enter a security code for Multi-Factor Authentication.

3.Select the Bright organisation you want to connect and click "Allow access": 

4. Select the appropriate options then click "Continue to TB Import" 

• • Select the period(s) you would like to import the trial balance for,
  • If you already have an accounting structure applied, you will have the choice to override the accounting structure

5. Once the trial balance has been imported select the appropriate button  to go to the Workpaper Index or review the Trial Balance.
