Activating the Report Pack

SMSF users can now achieve additional time savings and increased efficiencies with the ability to import selected Reports directly from Class Super and BGL Simple Fund 360.

Note:

• The four Reports that are available from BGL Simple Fund 360 are currently all that BGL allows us to access.
• We are continually adding to the available Reports from Class Super.

Accessing the Report Pack

1. To activate the Report Pack button first import a trial balance from Class Super or BGL Simple Fund 360 into the file;
   
   
2. From the Working Paper Index, select the Report Pack button;
   
   
   
3. All available Reports will be displayed;
   
   
   

Send to WPI

Individually Send to WPI

1. Select which Report you wish to send to the Working Paper Index, select the Folder and then select Send to WPI;
   
   
   
2. The Form Reference and the Form Title will pre-populate. You can edit this information if you wish. Select Send to WPI;
   
   
   
3. The report has now been sent to the Working Paper Index and is available to download in the Report Pack folder or from the Working Paper Index. The date the Report was imported to the file will also display along with the Working Paper Index Link. In this example C3-4;
   

Bulk Send to WPI

1. Alternatively two or more or all Reports can be selected;
   
   
   
2. Choose which Folder in the Working Paper Index you wish to send the Reports to;
   
   
   Tips and tricks: Select a default folder and all documents without folder selection will be bulk sent to the Folder selected as the default.
   
   
   
3. Select Bulk Send Report to WPI;
   
   
   
4. Reports that have been sent to the Working Paper Index are now available for download in the Report Pack folder or from the Working Paper Index. The date the Report was imported to the file will also display along with the Working Paper Index Link.;
   
   
   

Refresh Reports

1. If there have been changes made to the figures in the file you can Refresh the Reports. This will Refresh the list of Reports in the Report Pack area but won't change any Reports already sent to the Working Paper Index;
2. To Refresh the reports, select Refresh Reports from the Right Hand side of the Report Pack window.
   
   
   
3. If there have been changes made to the figures in the file you can Refresh the Reports. This will Refresh the list of Reports in the Report Pack area but won't change any Reports already sent to the Working Paper Index;
   
   
   
4. As the Refresh doesn't change any Reports already sent to the Working Paper Index these reports will have to be manually edited in the file;
   

Report Pack Listing

The reports listed below are currently available for access. MyWorkpapers are continuously adding to the reports available from Class and the list below will be updated to reflect the reports available. The reports listed for BGL Simple Fund 360 are those that BGL have made available through the integration.

Please note that if that particular fund has no data for a report the report will be listed but will contain no information.
