This guide will take you through how to access Template Resources.
Outside a File
To access template resources outside of a file;
1. From the home dashboard select the question mark and click on Template Resources;
2. You will then see list of all templates that you are subscribed to.
3. Select your required template and press "Go to Template Resources"
4. You will then be taken into the template resources associated with the template selected.
5. You can then expand the sections to view the content required. Using the download Icon, you are able to download a copy of the document directly from the folder.
6. You can click into the workpaper as you would normally to view the document. If you then decide that you would like to download it, you can press the download option;
Inside a File
1. From within your file , select the template Resources option from the question mark dropdown;
2. You will then be taken straight into the template resources related to the template your file is set up against.
3. You can then expand the sections to view the content required. Using the download Icon, you are able to download a copy of the document directly from the folder.
4. You can click into the workpaper as you would normally to view the document. If you then decide that you would like to download it, you can press the download option;
Copying Template Resources Directly Into Your File
1. From within the Working Paper Index, select the dropdown and select "Copy From Template Resources";
2. The template you are using will preload the Resources in the list to the left. Select this.
3. Expand the folders and tick the Resources you require. Once you have selected what is required you can press import;
4. Select which folder you would like the document to generate into from the dropdown and then press Import to complete the action.
