1. When your Firm has created a new Client Query which needs to be actioned you will be able to view it from the client portal.
2. Use the discussion box or supporting documents tab to respond or attach a document.
3. To notify the firm, press the Notify Firm button.
4. A pop-up will confirm the. notification has been sent.
5. Now the firm contact can click the link in the email to view any changes made and update the file.
