Functions toolbar

When logged into a specific file, at the top of the screen you will see the functions toolbar. This toolbar provides you with quick access to some of the more commonly used features and functions in MyWorkpapers.

The functions toolbar provides quick access to the following features and functions, along with an array of sub-menus which can be accessed through the dropdown menu:

• File

• Working Paper Index

• Workflow Diagram

• Trial Balance

• Journal Entries

• Review Points

• Recent Workpapers

Key Elements of the Working Paper Index screen:

• Workpaper Statistics are found on the left of the Working Paper Index.
• Snapshot of Review Points, Risks, Supporting Documents and Client Info is found on the right-hand side of the Working Paper Index
• Each folder will display a percentage based on the amount of Workpapers which have been completed.
• A Snap shot of who has signed off a workpaper is displayed within the folder
• The status of the Workpaper (Finalised/In Progress) is displayed within the folder.
