Adding Steps, Sections and Tasks

Adding Steps

  1. Access the Workflow Diagram within your file;

  2. Begin typing the name of the step in the box provided on the left hand side of the screen;

  3. Click Create;

  4. You will now see your new step in the Steps section of the Workflow Diagram.

 

Adding Sections

  1. Once you have added your first Workflow Step, you are now ready to add Sections to the Step;

  2. Open a previously added workflow Step by selecting it from the left hand side of the screen;

  3. Begin typing the name of the new section in the box provided under the Step selected;

  4. Click Add Section;

  5. Your new Section is now displayed under the step as a grey folder area.

 

Adding Tasks

Now that you have added Steps and if desired separate Sections, you are ready to add the essential part of the Workflow Diagram, the individual Tasks required to be completed by the audit team.

  1. Open a previously added Step by selecting it from the left hand side of the screen;

  2. Begin typing the name of the new Task in the box provided under the Step and if applicable the Section selected;

  3. Click Add Task;

  4. Your new Task is now displayed and ready for completion by the audit team.
