Locked out and deactivated account

It is possible to deactivate your account by attempting to login up to eight times with the incorrect password.

Once your account has been deactivated your Engagement Partner will have to reactivate your account for you.

If you are the only Engagement Partner and you have deactivated your account, you will have to contact MyWorkpapers Support to reactivate your account.

If you are an SMSF Administrator and you have deactivated your account, you will have to contact MyWorkpapers Support to reactivate your account.
