Once you have searched for and found the file required, you are ready to open your file. There are a number of links available to open the various areas of the file, including:
- The file heading link and Working Paper Index link will take you straight into the Working Paper Index of your file;
- The Workflow Diagram link will take you straight to the Workflow of your file;
- The Review Points link will take you straight to the Review Points listing in your file;
- The Engagement Team Permissions link will take you straight to the Engagement Team Permissions setting for that file.
2. From the Clients page (Click here to see a Help article on accessing the client list)
Once you have searched for and found the client required, you are ready to open your file from the Files tab. Select the file by clicking on the period link which will take you straight into the Working Paper Index of your file.
3. From the Workflow Manager page. (Click here to see a Help article on what is the workflow manager)
To access the Workflow Manager, simple;
i. Click on the Dashboard drop down menu and select Workflow Manager;
ii. Search for the file required by clicking the drop down menu and typing in the client name. Then click the Search button or hit enter on your keyboard.
iii. Once you have found the client required, select the file by clicking on the file name which will take you straight into the Working Paper Index of your file.
Tips and tricks: You can access your most recent files from the My Recent Files activity feed on your Dashboard.
2. Closing a file
Once in the Working Paper Index of a client, to close the file:
1. On the top navigation bar, click on the File drop down menu and click on Exit file.
2. You will then be taken back to the landing page you selected in your individual profile.
