Download supporting documents

Note: This feature is specific to the External Queries work paper found in the Audit and SMSF Audit templates only

MyWorkpapers gives you the ability to download multiple supporting documents that have been uploaded by the External Firm contact in A1 External Firm Queries.

1. When the External Firm contact has responded to any queries and uploaded more than one supporting document, the Download button will appear;
   
   
   
2. Select which supporting documents you wish to download;
   
3. Alternatively all files can be selected;
   
4. Select Download;
   
5. Select Download Documents;
   
   
   
   
6. Save or Open the folder as required.
