The Key Document Completion widget is a powerful tool for administrators, partners, managers and anyone in the engagement team to check the progress of specific documents across all files which they have been assigned as part of the engagement team.
The widget works by you selecting the relevant documents that are common across all files (e.g. planning), with the widget displaying the number of files which the document has been completed in. As with other widgets, such as the Review Points widget, the statistics displayed are based on those files which you have been assigned as part of the engagement team.
The widget on the dashboard only provides you with a snapshot of the completion status of the documents marked as key on a high level.
Accessing the Detailed Key Documents Completion Menu
To access the detailed listing of all of the key documents simply click on the Key Document Completion heading, or click on the Key Documents Completion tab located on the top navigation bar.
In the detailed menu, each document marked as key can be expanded by clicking on the document tab, with a listing of each client and the status of the key document being displayed on screen.
Adding a Key Document
To add a new key document simply:

Access the full Key Documents Completion menu (as shown above);

Begin typing the reference or name of the document in the Add New Document box provided;

Select the appropriate document from the smart list provided.
Deleting a Key Document
To delete a key document, simply:

Access the full Key Documents Completion menu (as shown above);

Hover over the key document tab you wish to delete;

Click on the Remove button.
