Class Super (API): Importing the Trial Balance

To import a trial balance from Class, simply:

1. Ensure you are in the Working Paper Index of the Fund you want to update the Trial Balance for;
2. Click on the Trial Balance button;
   
   
    Note:  You can also click on the Click here to import a trial balance text from the Working Paper Index and it would take you directly to the trial balance import as shown in step 4 below;
   
   
   
3. Click on the Import Trial Balance button;
   
   
   
4. Select Class as your import source by clicking on the logo;
   
   
   
5. Click the Establish Connection to Class Super button;
   
   
   
6. On the Import screen, enter in your Class username and password;
   
   
   
7. Where applicable, you may be required to enter a security code for Multi-Factor Authentication as per the example below. Select Remember this device for 30 days to remember these details;
   
   
   
8. Click Allow access;
   
9. Click the Close button;
   
   
   
10. Click the Select Fund button;
    
    
    
11. Select the Business code and Brand Code, then choose the correct fund from the list;
    
    
    
12. Click the Import from this fund button;
    
    
    
13. You have now successfully imported your Trial Balance from Class;
    
    
    
14. Returning to the Trial Balance screen displays the accounts successfully imported;
