CSV export

To export the Trial Balance to a CSV format, simply:

1. Access the Trial Balance by clicking on the icon in the functions tool bar;
   
   
   

2. Click Tools;
   
   
   

3. Select Export Trial Balance to CSV;
   
   
   

4. On the pop up screen click Download it now when prompted.

To convert the CSV file to a more user friendly Excel format, complete the following steps in Excel:

1. Click File | Save As;
   
   

2. On the Save As prompt menu, change the Save as type from CSV to Excel Workbook;
         
   
   

3. Click Save.
   
   
   Note: You can export the trial balance direct to Excel by selecting Export Trial Balance to Excel.
