Adding and changing SMSF Administrators

Before continuing, it is important to note that you must have the Sign off, rename and delete files permission activated for your user role from the Roles and Permissions feature. If you do not have this permission activated then you will not be able to access the below feature.

To add or change the SMSF Administrator assigned to a single file, simply:

  1. Access the My Files menu;

  2. Search for the file you would like to edit;

  3. Select the desired file from the search results;

  4. Click on the name of the Administrator you wish to change.

  5. Select the dropdown menu, select the name of the Administrator you wish to change it to and select save.
