- The Client Queries list can be accessed from;
(a) The Review Points tab dropdown menu:
(b) In the Client Queries folder in your file Working Paper Index.
- If your file does not have a Client Queries folder in your file Working Paper Index please click here for instructions about how to add it to your file;
- Client Queries can be quickly created from;
(a) The Review Points tab dropdown menu:
(b) Client Queries can also be created from within Client Queries.
4. When creating a new query you can assign the workpaper reference and add a matter topic. We suggest the matter topic is treated as a subject heading. Select Add Query to add the Client Query;
5. Once the query has been created open the query by clicking on the query box and add a message or request in the Discussion forum;
6. Once the query has been created you can also upload and access Supporting Documents. For more information on uploading Supporting Documents please click here;
- Within a Client Query you can also do the following:
(1) See the workpaper reference
(2) Resolve a Query
(3) Access Discussion forum
(4) Access Supporting Documents
(5) Delete Query
