Once you have created Client Logins to provide access for client staff to access the Client Portal and respond to queries, you may choose to notify the client user by email of your Firm Username and the Username you have created for them. Creating a Client Login does not send a notification to the client user.

A client user will receive a notification once you have compiled Client Queries and hit ‘Notify Client’. The notification will contain the Firm Username and Username details.
