To add or remove an External firm user follow the simple instructions below:

Go to the User Access Module;

Ensure you are on the External firm users tab;
When in the External firm users tab the External Firm column will show which External firm is assigned to the user. Please note only one External firm can be assigned to a user.
Adding an External Firm
- If no External firm is assigned a dropdown will be available;
- Select the External firm you wish the user to have access to;
- The external firm selected will then show under the External Firm column for that user;
Removing an External Firm
- Hover over the External Firm you wish to remove from the user;
- Click the X next to the External firm name;
- This External Firm will then be removed from the External Firm column for that user;
