When in the Read-only tab the File Access column will show which files are assigned to each user.
Adding File Access
- Click the Select File dropdown;
- Select the File you wish the user to have access to;
- The File selected will then show under the File Access column for that user;
Removing File Access
- Hover over the File you wish to remove from the user;
- Click the X next to the File name;
- This File will then be removed from the File Access column for that user;
