Assigning and removing file access for Read-only users

To access the read only section, click on the dashboard drop down menu and select the User Access section. 


Once in the User Access section, go across and click the Read only section.



When in the Read-only tab the File Access column will show which files are assigned to each user.

Adding File Access

  1. Click the Select File dropdown;

  2. Select the File you wish the user to have access to;

  3. The File selected will then show under the File Access column for that user;

Removing File Access

  1. Hover over the File you wish to remove from the user; 

  2. Click the X next to the File name; 

  3. This File will then be removed from the File Access column for that user;
