Office.live.com refused to connect help guide

When users are attempting to access Online Online they may experience the following error when trying to access their supporting documents via Office Online:

 

‘Office.live.com refused to connect’

 

You can regain access by clicking on the blocker on the right-hand side of the URL:

 

If you then select ‘Always allow…’ and ‘Done’ then click back on the blocker and on the hyperlink located under ‘Redirect blocked:’ you’ll then be prompted to login with your Office 365 credentials.

Please be advised you would only need to do this once per user.
