How to clear your Browser Cache

What is browser cache?

Cache is a feature of your browser which stores website data. Web components such as images, buttons and icons are some examples of the type of data stored in the browser cache. When visiting a site, cache data (also sometimes referred to as temporary files) is collected so that in the future, the web page loads faster which intern enhances your online experience.

Why should I clear my browser cache?

Your cache data acts as a memory for your browser. Clearing your cache data will allow your browser to see a web page for the first time again. This means it will build new, more updated cache data based on the latest version of that website, rather than drawing from the browsers memory (cache) of the web page.

Please Note: MyWorkpapers will urge our clients to clear their browser cache after we have released any software updates. The notification to clear your browser cache will come through via email, however if you experience any issues, please get in touch with our Support Team.
