MyWorkpapers utilises a simple and easy to use drag-and-drop system to upload supporting documents into the Working Paper Index.
Prior to uploading the supporting documents ensure you have finished and saved your work on the supporting documents.

Uploading your file/s
1. In the working paper index open the folder you wish to upload the supporting document in.
2. In your computer, select the file/s you wish to upload, left click and hold to drag and drop:
3. Drag the selected file/s to your MyWorkpapers browser screen, and in the correct working paper index folder release the supporting document where you would like to place it.
4. When Prompted select you can then enter the reference you would like to give the document as well as edit the file name. Once complete you can press "Confirm Upload"
Note: If a reference is already being used by another Workpaper, you will be unable to use this and will need to choose another.
Re-ordering Supporting Documents
Supporting documents that are uploaded to the working paper index will be placed where they are dropped. To re-order the position of the supporting document in the folder after it has been uploaded simply drag the little icon (pdf icon, word icon, excel icon) on the left up and down.
Renaming Supporting Documents
Supporting documents that are uploaded to the working paper index will be named what they are called on the local computer prior to uploading. To change the name of the document, hover your mouse over the document and select the pen icon.
From here you will be able to change the name and save the changes.
Changing the Reference of Supporting Documents
Supporting documents that are uploaded to the working paper index will get an automatic reference that succeeds the last number in the folder. To change the reference of the document, hover your mouse over the document and select the pen icon.
From here you will be able to change the reference and save the changes.
