MyWorkpapers is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.
Enhancements
-
Sage Two-way Integration: Our new Sage Journal Entries Export feature will allow you to push your adjustments back to Sage Accounting. Follow our brief guide on how to use the new feature.
-
Embedded hyperlinks: A new hyperlink icon has been added to the workpapers' Procedure and Comment fields. Users will now be able to attach external websites into their programmes.
- Xero Export Permissions: The "Export Journal Entries to Xero" has been updated to "Export Journal Entries to Third Parties" and now sits under the File section in the Roles and Permissions page. This will need to be ticked for users to be able to export journal adjustments to third party applications i.e. Xero / Sage (UK only).
-
[AU] - Import Clients: Users will now be able to bulk attach an External Firm to the clients being imported via API (BGL, Class, SuperMate).
Bug Fixes
-
Archived Files: Lead Schedules were not displaying in archived files' Working Paper Index. This has now been fixed and will also be included in the Zip export. (Files with “Show Lead Schedules” checkbox unticked will continue to hide the Lead Schedules).
-
External Firms: When no user has been added to an External Firm, the Files attached to the External Firm were failing to display in the External Firms page. This has now been resolved.
-
[UK] - Accounting Estimates Workpapers copied into Firm templates or into a file were failing to work. This has now been fixed.
-
[AU] - Create files button’s functionality in the Workflow Manager has been restored.
