As a manager user in MyWorkpapers Academy, you will be able to see the course progress for all users assigned to your practice.
Your 'manager' profile is linked to your 'worker' profile, so there's no need to logout. You can switch between your profiles by selecting the avatar.
Manage Users allows you to see all staff who are linked to your practice's MyWorkpapers Academy account.
You'll be able to see a counter of how many courses have been completed and a leaderboard of your team based on the content they have worked through.
To view an individual staff members progress, click on their name in the menu on the left.
Navigate to the 'Users Dashboard' tab.
Clicking on the 'Read More....' link will allow you to view the staff members details including their username and when they were lasted logged into MyWorkpapers Academy.
