MyWorkpapers is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.
Enhancements

Firm details: In the “Firm settings” page, a new “Company Telephone” and “Logo” sections have been added. The logo will be displayed in your firm’s Client Portal banner.

Client Query notifications: You will now be able to include a personalised message when sending notifications to your clients.

Email layout updates: Client users' “Welcome” and “Notification” emails will now display your Firm’s details (Firm name, Website, Company Telephone and Street Address).

Client Checklist: We have released the Beta version of our Client Checklist feature. This will allow you to set your workpapers as a client checklist, attach them to your Client Queries and send them to your client users via the MyWorkpapers Client Portal. You can try out this new feature by enabling the new permission “Assign client checklist” within the “Roles & Permission” page.

Activity Feeds: Client queries activities (such as created/deleted queries, notification sent to/from clients) will now be logged in the file.
- Mercia templates [UK]: Users will now be able to create both B21 and B32 backing workpapers from the Assertions Level table (B30).

HAT Audit Plan [UK]: Print preview and download is now available.

Xero re-import: Bank accounts (without account codes) were failing to pull in the figures on Trial Balance re-import. This has now been fixed.

Print preview/download: Some Question/Answer type procedures were being hidden. This has now been fixed.

HAT Audit Plan [UK]: Table headings are now correctly displayed.

Procedures with “Yes/No/NA” type responses: users were unable to untick the selected responses. This has now been updated.
