MyWorkpapers is pleased to announce the following updates made on our platform.

Enhancements

• General Ledger: This new feature will allow you to import the general ledger transactions into files. You can learn about how to use this feature in this help centre article.

• Journal Entries (UI/UX updates): You will now be able to expand and collapse each journal entry section.

• Adjustments drill down: From the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet pages, you can now drill down into your adjustments and locate the detailed journal for each account - taking you to the appropriate journal section in the Journal Entries page.

• File reallocation: With the “Edit clients” permission, you will now be able to move files to a different client. This can be done through the “My Files” page, selecting the appropriate file and updating the Client in the “Client info” tab.

Improvements/Bug fixes

• Dashboard Activity logs: The activity logs have now been filtered so only the activities of the files you are part of will now display in your dashboard. If you have the “View all files” permission, you will be able to see all activities in your firm by going into the Activity Feeds page and clicking on the “Show all activities” checkbox.

• Workflow:

  • You can now print or download the Workflow from your files.

  • The zip export will now include the Workflow when exporting a file.

• Permissions: “Copy workpapers” and “Edit Accounting Structures” are no longer linked to the "View all files" permission.

• P&L/BS: Workpaper references were being displayed incorrectly if they were updated within a file Working Paper Index. This has now been resolved.

• Other minor bug fixes.

• Minor UI/UX improvements.
