Signing up to the Help Centre

In this article we will cover how to sign up to the Help Centre.

Please note that to view Mercia Release notes, you will now need to be registered.

1. At the top of the help centre press "Sign in"

2. You will then be taken to the sign in page and from here you have two options;

A. Emailed us for Support? Get a Password;

If you have contacted MyWorkpapers Support via the Submit a Request button found in the help centre. You can select this option to set a password. 

Press "Get a Password" and then enter your email;

You will then receive a link to set up your password to login. Once set up you can return to the Sign In page and login.

B. New to MyWorkpapers?

If you have not previously submitted a ticket via the Help Centre, you can create you account by hitting the "Sign up" option.

You will then be prompted to enter your full name and your email address and press sign up.

You will then be promoted that an email has been sent to set your new password.
